Why do I have to share my personal data when registering? We’re required to collect some personal data to ensure that you’re eligible to enjoy everything we have to offer! We’ll need your first name, last name, address and email to contact you, and your date of birth allows us to confirm that you’re of a legal age to sign up with us.
Why do I have to verify? Our verification process allows us to fulfil the lawful requirement and obligation of identifying the ages of all of our customers and confirming that they meet the respective legal requirements of the jurisdiction under which we are operating. Until the verification process is complete, you won’t be able to access any of our services.
How long does account verification take? Unfortunately, we can’t provide a specific time frame for this process, however, we always do our best to verify our customers as quickly as possible!
What can I use as ID? To verify your identity you can send us any of the following:
- Driving License (front and back)
- Passport (photo page)
- ID card (front and back)
The document will need to be clearly visible and all the details have to be legible, otherwise, it may not be accepted. Don’t worry if you don’t have a scanner, you can just use a camera, phone or webcam to take pictures of your document!
What should I do if my account is suspended? You can still log in and submit your personal documents which, once approved, will allow us to reopen your account.
Is it safe to upload my personal documents? All documentation is encrypted as soon as it leaves your computer! We use ‘SSL’ technology to guarantee that your documents can’t be intercepted when being sent over the internet. Once we receive your documents, they are stored in a highly protected data centre with several layers of security controls that prevent unauthorised access. Only employees processing your documents will have access to that data.
